The Design
The EWRS-HS is a perfect rolling story. Designed with a flat profile with core geometry, the tire has an incredibly smooth ride. The core geometry provides compression as well as shock absorption. The compression also doesn't bounce like a pneumatic tire does to limit driver fatigue. The flat profile allows the tire to skid smoothly when turning.
The EWRS-HS is made specifically for hard surface applications like asphalt and concrete. Having a flat profile with an increased surface area allows the tires to last up to 3-5 times longer than traditional pneumatic skid steer tires in these applications.

First off, the EWRS-HS tread pattern increases its ground contact area to limit wear on the rubber. The tire also features 52/32" tall lugs with no center wear bar providing you with the largest amount of wearable rubber on the market.
All our tires are segmented. Each tire is composed of rubber segments that are bolted onto our high-strength steel rim. When a segment needs to be replaced, just remove that segment and replace it with a new one. The only tool you need is a 3/4 inch wrench.
