From Concept to Prototype

The process begins with field research and feedback from operators and equipment owners. This data guides our engineers in creating initial tire concepts. Once a design shows promise, we move to the prototyping stage where small production runs are tested in controlled environments.

Testing and Validation

Prototypes undergo rigorous testing for structural strength, heat dissipation, and performance on different terrains. We replicate extreme job site conditions to ensure every solid tire can withstand heavy loads, sharp impacts, and long operating hours. Only designs that meet or exceed our standards progress further.
