Puncture Proof Skid Steer Tires for Demolition

The EWRS-AT and EWRS-HS series solid skid steer tires are puncture-proof. Skid steers operating in demolition projects are constantly driving over abrasive surfaces, sharp objects, and other debris. When driving in these conditions you need tires that can hold up to them.

These tires are built to be both puncture-proof and flat-proof. Using core geometry to provide flexibility instead of using compressed air like a pneumatic. This means that they don’t have the capability of going flat and can operate even if the rubber is damaged.

Serviceability is a unique feature in the EWRS series. The tires are composed of segments that bolt right onto the rim and can be replaced at any time. The only tool you will need is a 3/4" wrench and a few minutes to replace a segment when damaged.

Outdoor Demolition

The biggest reason the EWRS-AT solid demolition tires are superior to other Skid Steer Tires is that it is serviceable. The tire is bolted onto the rim in segments that can be removed with just a ¾” wrench. When a segment gets damaged beyond repair all that is needed is to remove that segment and bolt on the new one. illuminating downtime due to damaged tires and allowing you to get the job done.

The EWRS-AT series tires are puncture-free, Flat-free, and have the largest lugs in the industry for superior traction. The core geometry is designed to compress like a pneumatic tire instead of being rigid like other solid tires. This flexibility is important for traction and comfortability when driving over obstacles in a demolition setting.

The EWRS-AT also has large lugs to increase wear life and traction and increase your efficiency and ROI. Being puncture-proof, flat-free, serviceable, and flexible, The EWSR-AT will last much longer than a pneumatic without having to deal with damaged and flat tires. You won’t have to worry about constant tire repairs, replacements, and all the costs associated with them. Helping you lower your cost/hr and increase your ROI.

Interior Demolition

Interior demolition is hard work. not only is it hard but it can be dangerous. Crews must follow all safety precautions to avoid accidents and injuries while also being mindful of the capabilities and limitations of their machinery. This includes the tires you are using. A tire that easily goes flat is annoying, expensive, and dangerous depending on the circumstance. The right Skid Steer Tires can provide efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall safety.

Interior demolition often is on hard surfaces which any skid steer operator knows eats through pneumatic tires. Adding debris just shortens wear life that much more. The EWRS-HS solid demolition tires is the best tire for these applications. These tires are the hard surface version of the EWRS-AT but with a unique tread pattern that increases surface area to maximize wear life on hard surfaces.

The EWRS-HS is also a perfect rolling circle. This creates an extremely smooth ride for the operator limiting driver fatigue. The core geometry also allows the tire to compress like a pneumatic while the void space in the tread together provides superior traction.

We designed the unique tread pattern this way with all hard surfaces in mind. Using the wrong tires in these types of applications will deteriorate the rubber and cause them to go flat very quickly.
