Elimination of Flat Tires
Solid tires eliminate machine downtime caused by punctures, a common problem where flat tires were "inevitable". Evolution Wheel’s highest priority is designing products that keep customers working, meaning they "EATS, SLEEPS and BREATHES" reducing downtime. One user confirmed they eliminated the need to use tire chains which they previously ran 365 days a year.
Extreme Durability and Longevity
Engineered as construction-grade solid tires, durability and reliability are primary goals. The hard, durable rubber compound is built to last. Even under high torque, the material heats up but avoids failure, doing "exactly what we wanted it to do," avoiding typical cuts and chunks. After nearly 10 months of use on cement and in cow yards, the tires showed no apparent wear.
Segmented Design for Field Serviceability
The segmented structure is a key innovative feature of this airless skid steer tire. Traditional solid tires must be discarded when damaged by rebar or concrete. This segmented design allows simple field repair: operators replace a damaged segment using only four bolts and a 3/4 inch wrench. Keeping segments in a job box makes the "service center is as close as you can walk".

Lowest Cost of Ownership
The unique maintenance process leads to the lowest cost of operation. Unlike typical solid tires that must be thrown away when the tread is exhausted, these are renewable. Customers buy a replacement part package to achieve a "brand new tire again" for about 70% of the initial upfront cost. This renewability and strong abrasion resistance mean the tires often perform 20%, 30%, or even 50% better than competitors.

Leading All-Terrain Traction
The EWRS-AT Series delivers industry leading traction and rugged versatility. They feature the tallest and widest lug in the industry, offering 52/32nds of wearable tread depth. This aggressive design provides superior digging power, making "a world of difference" in muddy conditions. The machine can "paddle" its way along, continuing to move and fling mud even when its belly is dragging.

Reduced Fatigue & Enhanced Stability
Specially engineered core hole designs allow for compression, which helps reduce operator fatigue. This engineering simultaneously maintains the necessary strength and structure to hold heavy loads. The wide, 2 and 1/2-inch lug provides significant stability, allowing designers to eliminate the center wear bars. Eliminating center wear bars prevents spinning, which typically occurs once other tires wear past 50% tread depth.
